It’s been a while in the making, but finally we have in our hands, hot of the press, a copy of the Christchurch City Council Desktop Calendar! This job has spanned across both Katie’s and Mel’s Board of Design careers, with two editions going to print.
Each calendar page features a panoramic image contrasted with detail shots and intricate graphics, with colours to reflect the relevant season. As a whole, the calendar comes together to form a portrait of the Garden City, from its heritage buildings and landmarks to the Port Hills and Banks Peninsula, and it also looks the part on the Board of Design bookshelf.
